THE CRETACEOUS WORLD A vivid shadow show by the puppeteers introduces
spectators to the art of creating jointed 2D characters while they explore the world’s earliest flowers, insects, dinosaurs and mammals.
Sessions wind up in a showing where participants bring their puppet characters to life in a prehistoric setting.
The cretaceous world existed 144 – 66 million years ago!

CRETACEOUS LANDSCAPES Participants assemble shadow light boxes for dramatic storytelling with 2D and 3D pop up scenery and puppets. These illustrate cretaceous habitats using sound, music and action and narratives are performed for the group.
Artefacts in both sessions are taken home for continued enjoyment.
Sessions last up to 2 hours.
The workshop suits children with friends or family members of unlimited age.
Children 5 and under to be accompanied.
