This is a workshop which introduces people of all ages and interests to the world of shadow theatre – which has origins in many different corners of the world. The session involves various activities – from being a spectator – through to making and manipulation. Participants will practice skills in crafting jointed 2 and 3D characters, experimenting with silhouettes and colour and will use our shadow screen to bring creations to life, whilst bending narratives to their own invention.
